Welcome to nudeless! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the nudeless mobile application (the "App") provided by Neher Data Systems ("we", "us", or "our").

By using nudeless, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using nudeless, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Neher Data Systems.

2. Description of Service

nudeless is a photo privacy protection application that:

Uses on-device AI to detect sensitive content in your photos
Helps you organize and hide detected photos
Processes all photos locally on your device without uploading them

3. Age Requirement

nudeless is rated 17+ and is intended for adults only. You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using nudeless, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account and Subscription

Free Features: You can use limited features of nudeless for free.

Premium Subscription:

Premium features require an active subscription purchased through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use nudeless only for lawful purposes
Not use the App to process photos you don't own or have rights to
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Not use the App in any way that could harm or impair its functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of nudeless are owned by Neher Data Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is extremely important to us. nudeless processes all photos on-device and never uploads your images to any server. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

nudeless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Detection results will be 100% accurate
The App will meet all your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neher Data Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of nudeless. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of nudeless after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to nudeless at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
